Carrie Baker Announced as New President of Canada Goose

Toronto, ON – June 16, 2020 – Canada Goose Holdings Inc. (NYSE: GOOS; TSX: GOOS) today announced the appointment of Carrie Baker to the role of President, effective immediately. Baker will lead the company's global expansion and report directly to Chief Financial Officer Neil Bowden.

Baker brings a wealth of experience in the fashion and retail industries to her new role. She has held senior leadership positions at several major brands, including Nike, Inc. and Lululemon Athletica. In her most recent role as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Lululemon's Asia Pacific region, Baker was responsible for leading the company's growth in one of its most important markets.
